Justin Bartling's journey in the safety world began in 2007, where he quickly immersed himself in the complexities of workplace safety across the Midwest. He climbed the ladder, gaining vital experience at every level of the safety profession.

​As Director of Safety and Risk for a vast national organization, Justin encountered a critical gap: the need for specialized, high-quality safety consulting services. He observed firsthand the limitations of generic safety programs and the constant struggle to maintain OSHA compliance.

 

Driven by this realization, Justin founded Heads Up Safety in 2021. His vision was clear: to establish a safety consulting firm that delivered exceptional, onsite safety training and customized OSHA compliance solutions. He aimed to empower organizations with the knowledge and tools to create a truly safe and productive work environment.
